CanterburyChase has a team of consultants that work within six major industry sectors. We consistently surpass client expectations with our perspective and insight. One of the most innovative and attractive aspects of CanterburyChase is its predetermined cost to clients. While almost all retained search firms base their retainer fee solely upon the base salary (and often the bonus structure) of the executive, CanterburyChase charges a fixed retainer fee based upon CanterburyChase’s proprietary formula for each client. This innovative propriety formula was created in response to the budgetary constraints and limited resources companies are facing today. CanterburyChase believes that organizations should not be refrained from being able to hire the best executives for their roles as a result of the final cost to the “varying” retainer fee. CanterburyChase brings the focus back to the service of providing their clients the top executive without the economic concerns normally associated with other traditional retain search firms.
